The room was very large and had a powerful shower. Everyone was new as the hotel was only been open for a year. We had a problem with our flight - it was delayed by 6 hours until after 3am, so Tony (the hotel owner), kindly picked us up (as the taxi ranks were closed). The hotel staff had excellent communication when discussing our delayed flight problem through the booking.com website.

The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated, the atmosphere is ideal. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, the breakfast was very good too. A perfect stay in Angra, thank you again Beatriz!

Free WiFi is provided throughout the entire property, including the garden and pool areas. I had a great view of the beautiful garden and enjoyed waking up to the sound of birds singing. Breakfast was very good, served in a room with a nice view and plenty of natural light. The room was spacious, above the usual standard, and had a pleasant balcony.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the city center. Everyting in the city is in walking distance. Our room was big and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool as well. I would stay here again.
