We had to check out too early for the breakfast but we plan to return someday and enjoy it then. We brought friends that were staying in other closeby hotels and they loved it and will stay there in the future.

And breakfast is served in a room with a stunning view by the most amazing human Sérgio, who prepares everything beautifully and makes the experience so much more enjoyable with a little touch of entertaining conversation!

We arrived late & tired. Host met us on the curb, and was most helpful, attentive and informative. House is immaculate and interesting. Would be well suited to a family visit. (Kids will like lofty secondary beds, I guess) Comfortable all around. We loved the back patio with traditional outdoor Azorian kitchen with wood oven and cooker. Host made a bunch of good suggestions for food, etc. Not a complaint, but it's a little out of the way. We quite liked the neighborhood. Makes for a quiet pleasant stay, but not much going on in the immediate vicinity, if that's important to you. While we could have walked, we ended up driving to old Angra. (Easy parking, free parking there). Angra was our favorite town in the Azores.

Viesnīcai Do Caracol ir plaša koka terase ar peldbaseinu un skatu uz Atlantijas okeānu. Viesnīca atrodas Angra du Eroižmu, tikai dažu soļu attālumā no pludmales. The outside pool looks great and they offer towels. The hotel gym is one of the best I've been, they even have classes. The bed was like 2x2m. The staff and the restaurants. They have parking included. The views if you have a room facing the sea.
