The pool was warm and very relaxing, and the spa was just what we needed after a long day. Everything about our stay was amazing, and we truly appreciated the effort the hotel put into making it such a special experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great getaway.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Here is a great family atmosphere with fresh oxygen from the forest. It's like medical cure to get the brain cool. The restaurant is very delicious with fresh marmalades and kaymak from local villages; I had never had such a pure taste before. Thanks for making this place.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The view and the facilities were excellent. The staff were very professional yet friendly and accommodating, especially the Front Office team of Mr. Mehmet Kiral and Ms Serap. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet spread at its restaurant. The waiters were friendly and helpful too especially Mr Ozgur. Well Done!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a kids' club and free WiFi throughout the property. We loved everything about the hotel! It was about a one hour trip from Mudanya ferry station to the hotel via taxi. Had no issues to get to the hotel. Immediately upon arrival we noticed how friendly and accommodating staff are. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony. The hotel room itself was so clean and comfortable in a stunning and peaceful location. Careful thought was given to the design keeping in mind sustainability. We had the choice to choose our own type of pillow as well! There is only one restaurant nearby so it is more convenient to dine in. The restaurant was a little pricy but most food was local produce and it was well cooked. We found it was cheaper to order in room service. Minibar was free! We had a tour of the spa facilities which looked clean. Big shout out to Gorken who helped us arrange all transportation around Uludag and to Bursa. The hotel have partnership with the taxis so a charge of 900 liras to and from Bursa we found was reasonable. Overall a great stay and would definitely book again!
