We have been the second time at this hotel, and we found the same good hotel. Everything was great: the staff, the room, the food. It is perfect if you want to relax.

Each and every member of the staff was very friendly, smiling at us all the time (genuinely), being there at our service! Eg. even when we went to have lunch after closing time, the waiter came to us, I thought he would kindly ask us to leave or at least hurry us up, but he just wanted to ask what we were drinking… Positive surprises in every corner: the events, the decorations, the night shows, the kids facilities and kids programs, the little extras (eg. popcorn at night shows/ face painting for kids, foam party) etc. We loved it!

Pretty much everything. Service, food, layout, cleanliness, entertainment. It wasn’t crowded, no lines for food and drinks. Abundance of available lounge chairs and beach towels at the pool and beach at any time of the day

Staff are wonderful! The reception team even helped me sort out a work crisis by printing and scanning a document for me. Many returning guests who were greeted like old friends…

El Barut B Suites se encuentra en Side, a 6 km de la antigua ciudad de Side, y ofrece un jardín y una pileta al aire libre de temporada. A 250 metros hay una zona de playa privada de arena con un bar.... Nuestra habitación estaba justo al lado de la piscina con toboganes, y aún así tenía bastante privacidad visual. El buen aislamiento impide que entre ruido del exterior (hay complejos hoteleros de al lado que ponen música muy alta, sobre todo los fines de semana). Las piscinas por su profundidad y variedad están muy bien para familias con niños. En general, las zonas verdes y el diseño arquitectónico del complejo están muy logrados.

Melas Resort Hotel está ubicado en Side, a 5 minutos a pie de Playa de Kumkoy, y ofrece alojamiento con una pileta al aire libre en temporada, estacionamiento privado gratis, un gimnasio y un jardín. El personal del hotel lo mejor, súper amable y pendiente de todo. Los standards de limpieza también son súper altos. La piscina y jardines también nos gustaron mucho. La habitación es espaciosa, nos gustó tener una terraza y la cama súper cómoda. También nos permitieron disfrutar de las instalaciones del hotel después de hacer el check out hasta que nos tuvimos que ir al aeropuerto.

From the beginning when we arrived we have luggage service from our car we were help with luggage and taken by electric buggy to our room, the place is all green, lots of palm trees and banana trees ,.mandarin trees ,the place looks better than on the site, food was in abundance with lot of options to chose from, drinks service at table ;the staff was very friendly and helpful ,the service was the best I have seen so far !and this comes from someone who works on the hospitaly industry and traveled so far in 137 countries, desserts made on the spot from scratch with lots to chose from ,enertainement staff was very involved with themed party every night, quality of the drinks was very good for all inclusive I especially enjoyed the Schweppes selection ,management was around all the time checking the quality of product from early morning .For me the best part with sets Melas apart from other locations was the quality of services and the fact that they have bottled sparkling water included in all inclusive available on the beach in the fridge because that's all I drink, also I really enjoyed the beach bar drinks ice cream and Donner kebab with was included in the al inclusive program, pizza available on the afternoon was very tasty. Amazing job ! THANK YOU TO ALL STAFF AND MANAGEMENT for a very relaxing vacation, everything was delightful. I am looking for next time to come here! I will recommend from the heart Melas to all my friends.

Este alojamiento cuenta con un tramo privado de playa en el mar Mediterráneo. Ofrece instalaciones de spa, una pileta al aire libre y un actividades para niños con actividades. Everything was perfect. The staff, the room, the service and food were excellent. Even the check in and check out process was friendly.
