The room was huge and very nicely designed. Had lots of hot water. The restaurant was very tasty and had very good prices. I got a massage, mani and pedi and all were great! The staff was very nice and welcoming.

I particularly loved that there were no carpets; it was clean and just gorgeous. I loved the murals, the food, but what stood out for me was the staff. The service was absolutely incredible. I wish I could rate them 11 out of 10. The staff at this place are always ready to help, from the frontline staff, to the restaurant staff, the cleaners, management, right down to the security guard outside. I would like to make a special mention to Prince, Evelyn, Sharon went above and beyond their call of duty to make us comfortable. Also Hadson, Rodgers, the chef (Sharon I believe) and her guys (sadly did not get their names). Also briefly met Vivian who went out of her way to help out, had a great chat. Honestly, it was just incredible, they made sure I had all I needed, even services not offered by the hotel I received, absolutely loved our drivers too, also organised by Prince and Evelyn, I will end it here

Velice příjemný menší hotel, snídaně dostačující, všude čisto, pokoje vybavené a pohodlné. Strávili jsme zde dvě noci a pokračovali na safari, ale doporučila bych i pro delší pobyt.

The Tulia Retreat Hotel and Spa is truly a retreat. We stayed two nights--late afternoon and evening after a five day, four night safari--and the next night after touring the Arusha Natural History Museum and Masai Market. That gave us plenty of time to relax in the beautiful pool and gardens and enjoy the hospitality at this oasis. We had all of our meals during our stay at the hotel. Delicious food. Gracious and friendly service. For example, we asked the desk to call us a taxi. They apparently were unable to source one within a couple of minutes, so the day manager drove us into town himself. We took a motorcycle rickshaw back from the market which was an adventure.
