Offering a unique design of avant-garde style dedicated to famous artists, Mercure Kyiv Congress is located just few minute's walk from Shuliavska Metro Station. Staff were always friendly and helpful, most spoke very good English! Nice hotel with an amazing supermarket next door!

Honestly, the hotel is great, the saunas are great. The massages are great. The food is great. But what takes the cake is the Staff. I've never felt like a regular at a hotel before. And the first time I was here was the same as this time - warm, welcoming, helpful, amazing staff. Treat you like your family, and like it's their home. I don't give perfect ratings (just about ever), but this hotel deserves it. Bit far outside of center, but worth it if you want a hotel (by a lake), friendly and efficient and affordable staff, but most of all - everything at once, in the right amounts, with the right level of East/West/World friendliness and efficiency. Cannot rate them high enough.
