A gluten-free option can also be requested. We got transferred to their new Majesty cruise boat and got to enjoy an excellent 2 night cruise aboard. The weather was poor but it was made worth it thanks to Sunny and the exceptional staff and service on the boat. All meals were very well prepared and exceeded expectations and portions too. I even forgot an item on board and Sunny went out of his way to get it to me in Hanoi. Thanks to Ms Lin as well for following up each step of the way.

Please remember to tip the cruise employees… I only saw a few other people tip which is sad.

One thoughtful gesture that touched us deeply was how the staff had prepared special seating just for them, making them feel truly honored and cared for. This is the perfect destination for anyone wanting to treat their elderly parents to a relaxing and meaningful summer getaway.

Breakfast is delicious and a lot, the guest family are the cutest and the dorms (4 beds) and pool area are spacious and clean! Pool table, table tennis and darts free for use. It's outside of town, but easy and cheap to rent a scooter or catch a ride with a local for little money.. Perfect if you want to stay somewhere more quiet but very welcoming. Booked the Lan Ha bay day tour and everything was well planned and an amazing experience. Highly recommend, if I'll ever be that way again, I will rebook for sure!

The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service — especially from Cong Dien (Sky), who was incredibly attentive, professional, and friendly. He went above and beyond to make our trip memorable.
