The hotel was an amazing oasis for us amidst the busy city! The staff are incredible and joyous. The breakfast buffet was a highlight each morning too. We LOVED the hidden speakeasy bar in the basement, what a nice surprise that was. We would give this review an 11 out of 10 if we could.

The staff was extremely warm and helpful. The location is great, right in the old town next to restaurants and cafes. They helped me get a taxi to the airport at 6am in the morning.
My room didn't have a window but it was quite big and the bed was comfortable so having no window wasn't a problem

Lovely staff and clean comfortable room. The room was quite small but we were only staying one night and it was very clean, comfortable and fantastic location. Breakfast was lovely. We also used the hotel spa and had an incredible couple massage would highly recommend. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you want a nice relaxed stay in the heart of Hanoi for a very good price.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great, had a lot of variety and was delicious. The location of the hotel was really good, there is lots of shops in close walking proximity. I had a massage in the spa and I felt very relaxed and looked after. It is really good value. I also used the gym a lot, it was really clean and had all the basics! The staff were exceptional. The were very friendly and helpful. Phuong in reception was efficient, pleasant and helpful. He was very attentive.
Great service, they fulfilled everything i asked and even more. Great location, walkable to everything without the noise. Great room, even got an upgrade and a discount on the spa facilities. Great low price. Great breakfast on the top floor. My dad had an hour body massage which he really enjoyed. He was so relaxed he napped2 hrs after.
super location in the Old Quarter, the rooms were spotless, very comfortable, great beds and powerful shower. The staff could not do enough to help. The roof top bar was very pretty in the evening a great spot to relax for cocktails. The breakfast choice was extensive and good quality food. The spa was good, had a great full body massage.

Hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Vietnam! The hotel was clean and comfortable and in a perfect location between the old quarter and lake and the French quarter. The breakfast was delicious with lots of Vietnamese and Western options. We also tried out the spa and had a very relaxing massage. The best part of the Bendecir hotel though is their staff - everyone there was so incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange a trip to Ha Long bay, gave lots of tips and a great value trip.
