Kelly, who welcomed me at check in, made all the difference. She was professional, kind, and always available. She explained everything about the hotel and gave me fantastic tips about what to visit in the city, from monuments to the best bars and restaurants. What impressed me most is that she even stayed in touch via WhatsApp outside her working hours to make sure I had everything I needed. This level of dedication is rare and unforgettable. They helped us with the luggage during check in and out and they also assisted in booking the tours. I can’t thank them enough. If I go back I won’t go anywhere but to Salute Saigon.
