Location is 5 minutes away from Sapa town and they have shuttles every 2 hours. I highly recommend this hotel. They also have free shuttles to the Alpibe coaster.

Helpfulness and attentive nature of staff was also exceptional. Also, Julie our receptionist on arrival was simply outstanding and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. For example, we didn't have to worry at about our travel plans back to Hanoi, Julie sorted it all out with no hassle whatsoever. This meant we could enjoy our short time in Sapa to the max ( we were on very tight schedule!). Thank you to her and the rest of the team so much. We will no doubt stay here next time we visit.
