The staff is really really helpful in every way possible. The property is kept in good shape and all around the clock you see workers maintaining to keep it in excellent shape. If you wanna experience a luxury stay this is the place to be. But… if you wanna experience Vietnamese culture this isn’t the place to be. The only contact you’l get with Vietnamese culture is the middle class Vietnamese who are upping their game.
