The family are really lovely and had great recommendations of things to do in Phong Nha! The rooms were really spacious and the pool was a great addition 😊 The free bikes were also amazing!

The communication was great, they reached out to me to book our transportation to the hotel. Once we got there the staff helped us book all the tours we wanted to do, the first one was the phong Nha cave boat tour. Then we came back and our bags were already in the room. The room was spacious and pristine. I got sick the second day but my husband was still able to do the tour we planned. The staff provided anything they could so I could feel better, they even made me a special rice pudding. The staff was amazing. We’re definitely coming back so I can do the Mada Valley Trek. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to disconnect in a beautiful and serene place with awesome staff and food.

It’s a luxury hotel, the price is very good price. The room are very clean, friendly polite staff. They help us with complimentary late check in at 5 PM. There is big clean and not busy swimming pool, which has a river view. There is an amazing spa with professional therapist. This hotel in the center of the city really very close to see to fish market. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to cater to our requests. Rooms were very well maintained and the beach view is amazing. Location is very close to airport as well.

We got a free upgrade upon arrival to an amazing room with jacuzzi on the 7th floor. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel is stunning. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The staff were exceptional and helped me with recommendations for restaurants and tours and helped organise a sleeper bus for me. Everyone is so welcoming and always with smiles and greeting me by name. The location is central and it's easy to walk to restaurants and shops as they are on the doorstep. My bed and pillows were so comfy too and the room super clean.. I got the sleeper bus to Phong Nha and it stopped outside the hotel which was really handy as I arrived at 3:30am in the morning and I was welcomed by the team, who helped with my bags to the room. I would come back here again.

We booked a bungalow overlooking the lake. The rooms were spacious and clean with all the necessities. The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book a car and guide to view the caves. There is a restaurant and bar with good prices on site.
