The owners kindly allowed us to check in early and someone was there to meet us. There was shaded secure parking and it was easy to unload our things. The house is attractive with high quality furnishings and equipment. It has insect screens on all the windows so we could have fresh air 24 hours a day. It was easy to keep the house cool without using the air conditioning. The outdoor area is very large with many nice places to sit either in the sun or shade. Also nice views of the mountains. It is a very quiet area. The WiFi was excellent. It is a lovely house and I highly recommend it.

The Villa was in a great location, elevated to catch the breeze and great views. You can walk to the beach at Portet but having a car is useful to get to supermarkets and walking is hot work in the summer. A couple of restaurants at Portet beach and very small supermarket and bakery (get there early or they run out). 20-30 minute walk to larger town or Moraira with plenty of restaurants, shops, ice cream parlours etc. The Villa itself was perfect for our family of five, outside space and pool amazing and spacious. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and fan in lounge area. Kitchen small, but adequate.
