Where do I even begin? This trip was an absolute blast! Both the city and the nearby ski resort blew our expectations. But let's talk about the real star of the show: the hotel. The breakfast buffet deserves its own standing ovation. It wasn't just a spread of food, it was a symphony. From the vibrant display of fresh fruits and breads to the diverse selection of cereals, yogurts, and cheeses, every morning was a delicious adventure. But what truly elevated the experience was the staff. Their helpfulness and warmth were overwhelming. This hotel is where we would always want to stay when going back to Crans Montana....beyond the perfect comfort of our room in every way was the welcoming, patient, caring attitude of the staff that was unique and was an unexpected bonus to everything else. To put the 'icing on the cake', after staying in the lounge until 11 in the evening playing the piano, we had to leave at 6;30 before the breakfast was to be served at 7;00n in the morning. The staff was already downstairs and insisted that we come into the dining hall and filled our hands with fresh croissants, cheese , fruit and anything else we would consider taking on our way... this place is magical. It is complete....one of the most cherished experiences of our lives....Thank you for the kindness..
