Staffs really kind and supportive. I couldn't exchanged chinese yuan much because bank not allowed for non resident. The day of my departure hotel staff arranged me very cheap and reliable taxi to airport. I'm so appreciate for the kind offer of hotel staffs.

My trip was tourist. The hotel was perfect, clean, cozy, everything you need is there, convenient location, any questions can be quickly resolved through the staff. For to to the most beautiful beach in Haikou only 5 minutes by taxi. to the city center 15-20 minutes. also there are good breakfasts. there are even rooms with a washing machine and some of them has kitchen, which is very convenient and even necessary on long trips. I booked a room for a couple of days, but in the end extended it twice. who expects high floors with a panorama, then they are not here, the hotel is located on the lower floors of the building but the rooms have balconies with a cozy table. Definitely I will come again
