Friendly staff who met us with a smile and helped us with our luggage when checking in and out. Also the place is comfortable and clean and has a very good location; near the bus stop ,and there were many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. It’s in a quiet area and we really enjoyed our stay . I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely, comfortable guesthouse in a quirky neighborhood in the hills east of the lake. The hosts are absolutely lovely people who upgraded us for free to a MUCH nicer room than I had booked, fed us home-cooked breakfast at the time we requested each morning, and even helped me order medication for my allergies to their kitten (it stays downstairs, out of the way; I would have been fine except that my kid played with the cat for hours and then came back to drop hair all over the room). Great, comfortable room with a balcony and great view of the mountains. The location was great -- very easy walking distance to the Lingyin Temple scenic area and the cableway, and slightly ambitious walking distance to West Lake and most of its attractions (about 4 km downhill; my kid and I did it twice on 2 consecutive days).

The location is really perfect just a few minutes walk to famous Lingyin Temple and beautiful view during Spring with mountains out of the window, large green tea fields nearby, fresh air and most importantly the delicious food offered. The staff are friendly with thoughtful service! A very nice trip!!!

The property is located near botanical garden and at the end of the main restaurants/hotels area. During the night it was quiet. The garden is lovely specially in spring while fruits are ripen and trees are freshly green. I spent much time there listening to fish and the nine year old turtle. My room is small as I was solo. I have also used the Japanese room for my yoga. They serve nice quality tea and it’s part of the experience to be in the tea capital of south China. I plan to stay there again in my future visit.

The location is walking distance from the lake and leifeng pagoda. The property is cozy, easy to access, clean and have 1st floor room which very good for one who doesnt want to climb the stairs. The staff very helpful, kind and enjoyable to talk to, Lulu & Rongrong (hope I pronounce correctly😄) is very nice, give me some sweet, give travel point info, for foringer who traveling with no chinese speaking i think i feel the most comfortable to communicate here. The room was cozy and clean, bathroom & toilet is new and clean, happy stay for overall 🫶🏻

I recently stayed at McsrH Hotel – Hangzhou Xihu and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, quiet, and equipped with a comfortable big bed that made for great sleep. Housekeeping was excellent—everything was kept spotless during my stay. I also appreciated the free laundry and clothes-drying facilities, which was a huge convenience. Amenities included a small gym with just a treadmill and an indoor cycling bike, which was enough for a light workout. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, and the water pressure in the shower was strong, making it very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful, which really made me feel welcome. Overall, I can confidently say this was a perfect stay. Highly recommended, and a solid 10/10 experience!

    They gave us a much better room free of charge because it was free. It was a very nice detail. The room was beautiful. The location was far away from the city centre but super close to Lingyin Temple, which was convenient for us. It was really peaceful.
