The staff was welcoming, the location was conveniently close to the airport, and it was such a relief to find a clean, pet-friendly place to stay. We really appreciated how easy they made traveling with our pet!

The staff were extremely helpful, it was nice to have the stroller rental at the hotel. I was also able to book a driver through the front desk. They even used their delivery platform to order me diapers when I ran out. 10/10

The place was perfect because of the owner/hosts. They made us feel comfortable and well taken cared of. They gave us a room upgrade which was big enough for a family of 4. Breakfast was simple but very filling, my daughters liked it so much and it really helped us get through the long entrance queue of Disneyland 😊 The room was so pretty and beds were comfortable. I think each room is unique. I was even able to peak on one which has a ball pit😊 We avail of their shuttle service: pick up at train station, going to and from Disneyland and even drop off to the airport because of its convenience. Rates were reasonable. We’d like to stay again there If ever we’ll have the chance to go back to Shanghai Disneyland. And maybe spend more time to ask JunJun for a tutorial on how she makes her shoes 😊😊 God bless Jun Jun and Quiao! Thank you!
