Absolutely loved our stay in Sotavento! Everything is perfect, location, service, facilities, atmosphere, staff, loved everything! Rooms were cleaned once per 2 days, all the deposits were returned, we had breakfast included and it was great as well.

Pablo at the desk was a big help. A young lady working nightshift was helpful. Big shout out Pablo- saved us hours of time by just being helpful. If the staff wasn’t so great I would have checked out earlier- they made it easy. Again, Pablo at the front desk was amazingly helpful and fast.

Instructions how to get into hotel prior to arrival as reception would be unmanned. Keys left on reception for collection. Upon entering the room there was a hand written note saying welcome and if you need anything at all contact the phone number. Staff have all been polite and more than helpful and can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean, fantastic little hotel.

Wonderful location so near the sea on one side and so near the lovely shops and cafés on the other side, but not noisy at all at night. The decor is really attractive and cheerful and the beds are super comfortable. The staff are really friendly and welcoming too.
