3-Star Hotels in Al Kāz̧imīyah

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind and did everything I needed immediately. And except for the hotel staff, the rest of the people don't know English at all, and it doesn't matter to the hotel that you are a foreigner and don't know Arabic. This is a big problem.

The furniture is new and the treatment of the reception and restaurant staff is excellent with the guests. Each guest feels like he is living in his own home.

I made a reservation at Asal Hotel – Baghdad through your trusted platform, and I received an official confirmation email (Reservation Number: 4862215696). Based on this confirmation, I went to the hotel on the scheduled date, May 3rd, 2025, only to be informed by the hotel staff that there was no reservation under my name and no rooms were available. This situation is completely unacceptable and indicates a serious failure in coordination or booking reliability on your platform. It caused me significant stress, effort, and unexpected financial expenses, as I had to look for an alternative hotel late at night under very difficult circumstances. I demand an immediate explanation of what went wrong and for full accountability to be taken by the responsible party—whether it is Booking.com or the hotel itself. I also expect to be compensated for the financial and emotional damage caused by this negligence. I look forward to receiving a professional and prompt response from your team.

Service, Cleaning, Meals, the staff, everything was amazing, especially the manager his name Abdullah was excellent & they treated me very nicely I got sergery & i was by myself they keep checking every single hour if i want help really i felt like im in my second home i really appreciated it for meals, service, checking on daily basis, i will be back again to reserve in same hotel& i will recommend for my freinds, Thank you
