Hotel La Fattoria enjoys a quiet and panoramic position, and is just 5 minutes' drive from Spoleto. It features gardens with a saltwater swimming pool and lovely views. WiFi is free throughout.

The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.

The apartment has everything you need on a daily basis. The facilities are well maintained and the property is located on a quiet spot in an Umbrian hill. With high outside temperatures it was great to be able to relax under the olive trees, cooling down in the pool! Ideally located close to Spoleto too, we went there a few times. We had a great time at Fontepino.
