It was spotless (as in super clean). The hotel staff was very nice and respectful. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay with Toyoko Inn again.

Overall giving this a great rating as the onsen is truly spectacular. The shared taxi was prompt to take us to the Airport early in the morning. The onsite restaurant was also very tasty.
