The complimentary breakfast was a great surprise and delicious. The room was comfortable and clean and also had a very nice view. Also walkable distance to the new Lalaport outlet.

Amazing rooms! Slightly bigger than most hotels for this price. Great hanging space for coats. BATHROOM! Shower was amazing! Bed was super comfortable Small desk area with couch was perfect to give you a little extra space. Chrome cast abilities. Wash/Dryer time on TV was great - And lockable so your clothing is safe.

This was hands out the best hotel in Japan I've ever had the chance to stay at! The hotel itself is so beautifully designed. We loved the grey and wood tons, as well as the artwork. Level 2 where the reception, lounge area and library are, is very large and relaxing. The bedroom is a great size for Japan. We loved the bathroom with the nice big shower. The beds were super comfy. The staff was very polite, professional and friendly. The location was great for sightseeing and shopping. We liked the nearby location of a Family Mart for snacks as we opted out of breakfast to be able to sleep in till noon. I cannot wait to go back to Osaka to stay at that hotel again. I recommend 100000%

Our overall experience was great. The drink/eating lounge that's open until 12 midnight was really great, convenient and you can just bring your take-outs and eat it there. 7/11 is just a block away. Dotonbori is a 5-minute walk. The bus station from Kansai airport is a 10 minute walk. It's right next to the subway (Namba station). The underground is full of shops and restaurants. The beds were the most comfortable bed we had in all our travels overseas. The staff was really helpful with everything. They even gave us a ride to the bus station (OCAT) and carried our luggages and stroller inside and helped with buying of the tickets. It could taken us 30 minutes just to figure out where to go take the bus since we have 2 little ones. We really thanked them for that. For guests with babies, they have strollers you can borrow too! We will definitely book again next time we visit Osaka.
