Everything including location, room, cleanliness, staffs, and other convenient facilities within the hotel building complex. Hotel is located just above Sakuragicho station which gives access to Shin-Yokohama (Shinkansen station) was extremely convenient. Also the hotel building offers Starbucks, a supermarket, and a restaurant on the ground floor.

The room I booked had a nice setup where it was fairly easy to watch the TV from the bed or by sitting in a chair. I'm also glad it was a smart TV so I could connect to my preferred video app when I wanted to rest in the room. When I needed to stay a few hours later on the final day they helped explain to me 1. that it was even possible, and 2. what the cost involved would be (not much at all). It's also in a nice location with a convenience store across the road and only a short walk to the station. I believe there is a parking garage next door as well, but I didn't drive so I'm not positive.

We loved the location and that there were restaurants, coffee shops, and even a family mart right downstairs. The train station is extremely close, walking distance!!! Our room was big and very clean. Definitely returning to this hotel when we travel to Japan again.
