great service from all the staff!! while the meal staff are not as fluent in english, they communicate everything well with simple phrases and gestures. onsen was great and relaxing, and the room had a beautiful view of the shrine. the location of the ryokan was also amazing with the old street in front and lots to see.

Very well connected hotel, if you want to be close to the Narita airport. Very conveniently located near train station and a AEON mall, with supermarket and shops opened until late. Also near the main shopping streey of Narita town! Rooms well insulated, so we could rest. Free shuttle bus to Narita airport, which was a life saving for us!

Clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and even tho they didnt speak english, they used a translating app which allowed them to easily communicate with me. The lady at the front desk even drew me a map, so i could find my way back to the airport. Seriously, very helpful personnel.
