We liked everything. This is a new modern stylish hotel, situated on top of a hill near lake Toya. Rooms are very big as well as the bathroom. Feels like a real treat. Everything is new and thought of. The beds were super comfy beyond what we are used to in Japan. Our room was facing the lake so we had a spectacular view and could see the nightly fireworks from the room as the wall facing the lake was actually a window. Definitely recommend!

Amazing location, especially if you don't have a car as it's right across from the bus station and right on the lake. Very kind and helpful staff. I loved the light remote functions. Yes, it's older and not super updated, but very comfortable and functional.

Wonderfully private cabin with a very boutique and comfortable feel. The staff were outstanding, particularly Brittney and Anton. Breakfast every morning was included and just awesome. The central lodge was an awesome gathering ground for small groups to hang out comfortably by the fire enjoying cocktails and great conversation.
