The room was comfortable and a great value. The staff was VERY accommodating for allowing us to check in late, as our plane and train to the hotel had our group arriving at close to midnight.

The rooms are clean and modern, better than many other same tier hotels in Sapporo / Chitose. Great value for money. My favorite is the lounge and public bath on the second floor. Location is convenient, right beside the JR Station. If you're looking to explore Sapporo, this hotel is a bit far from downtown, but it's meant to be near the New chitose airport.

Very near CTS airport and there is free shuttle bus from hotel to airport. Good choice for fly in the next day. The facilities are good. Breakfast has 2 set for choose Japanese or Western, good taste. The staff also very nice.

    I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mostly positive experience. The onsen facilities were fantastic—clean and relaxing.     We had the Japanese style breakfast. They were delicious with good quality ingredients. The location is near to the airport but far away from restaurants. So, it is good to have a car to travel. The ground around the hotel is beautiful! Very tranquil and peaceful.

    Value for money, Parking at building next door, not easy, a bit small but okay. Good location, comfortable, many amenities. Heating on winter is a bit too good, felt hot. But love the room- separate sink area, toilet, and bath. Very comfy and convenient.
