Great place if you looking for private bathtub "onsen" style. Staff is very nice and always there for you. Room was clean and everything was working.

It was very clean and very open, gorgeous private room just by ourselves. Since it was just 1night, we didn’t know it wasn’t with dinner or morning breakfast. And the app didn’t specify about it. So that was one thing I regret for this trip.

Beautiful hotel, highly recommend for few days of solitude and relaxation. Location is way better than Motohakone and less crowded. Amazing view from the room, used the Onsen 6 times and every time I was the only one there, so it felt basically private.

Authentic Onsen experience, like something out of a movie. Amazing omakase dinner and great Japanese style breakfast. Thermal baths were the best of our trip in Japan. Bring tatoo covering patches if you want to use the public onsen (which is absolutely recommended)

The mama-chan greeted us warmly when we arrived, she doesn't speak any English but some of the employees do. The room was generous and traditional, and the onsens were amazing the water felt great and soothed all our aches. HOT TIP . Ask to use the couples onsen on the roof for an additional 2000 yen to bathe under the stars
