We had a fantastic stay at Ouis Place! The room was beautiful and very cozy. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and visiting the temples. The owners were very sweet and helpful, even helped us rent a motorbike. Last but not least, delicious pancakes for breakfast!

Rooms are great, clean and brand new, it felt good to find a good hotel in South Asia that’s is actually good value. A/C works perfectly and breakfast is delicious Giang and Yong were amazing hosts always here to help us and made our stay so good we decided to stay two nights more at the hotel.

Oh wow. I wish I could stay here forever. It’s so cozy, and I loved the old-world charm. The place is very well maintained; the wooden floors and walls are in perfect condition. We had two big beds in our room, which were perfect for me, my son, and my nephew. There’s also a cozy balcony overlooking the street. Despite being in a quiet location, everything is walkable! The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. One of the staff members, Ian (apologies if I misspelled your name), showed us a map, gave us tips on how to get around, handled our laundry (which was done in less than 24 hours), and even booked our bus ride to Hanoi. Breakfast is included, though it’s served off-site. You just need to walk a few meters down to a riverside café. The staff there were so thoughtful—they even packed meals for my son and nephew without us asking, since only three of us went and they were expecting five. (There's free water refill here, too!)

Long story short I extended my stay for 3 days because of this places and luang prabang. Location was great. Environment was good. Staff was very friendly and they can speak english too. Breakfast options was good with fruit and fresh juices. Room was big,balcony part was amazing. I can say even the ceramic in the bathroom was wonderful. It is not slippery ans cold and gets dry fast. Greater value for the money :)
