Staff was truly exceptional! I happened to be there while severe floods devastated whole country. My friend was staying in the MetalDays camping when it started raining hard. Her tent flooded and all her belonging got wet. She managed to get a taxi to my hotel and under half an hour they had arranged an extra mattess to my room and put her wet clothes to a washing machine. All this without extra charges or any hesitation. They just wanted to help someone in need. When the festival program was cancelled for Friday, they organized a party at the lobby. We sang and played guitar, ate a meal that quests prepared together, drank beer and wine. I don't have words to descripe their true enthusiasm to take care of their customers.

We really appreciated the fact that they host us even if we were the only guests of the hotel due to the national holiday (and not being in a turistic city). We really liked the vibes of being in an old and hotel, the old furniture is great and the painting so impressive. Breakfast was more then enough and the location is super central.
