I love the way that it was kid friendly they had a nice happy hour from 5:30 to 7:00 the bartender was great the night this person was wonderful she got me all the way together and the bartender she definitely was excellent I have to give all my credit to them too because they help me the whole entire night I was there

The staff was very polite and professional. We had a toilet clog and it was fixed within minutes. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

I traveled from KY to the Cleveland Clinic for surgery. The night after my procedure at 1 am I needed toilet paper and a few other thing and the overnight receptionist, Melissa, was amazing. She got everything I needed and was so kind.
