The staff was excellent; very friendly and helpful. We had a pet friendly room on the 1st floor with a cute patio and great view of the garden and water beyond. The room was very comfortable. The daily breakfast buffet was great, and the wine reception in the evenings was an added bonus. Loved everything about it!

Very pleased with my stay. I honestly wasn't expecting much but the room was very clean, comfortable. Looks like the whole place was recently updated. Great location, walking distance to Marina area restaurants. Quiet, surrounding area felt safe. I didn't use the parking garage but there was plenty of parking, well lit. I would 100% stay here again.

We got a room in the last minute because the airbnb place we booked turned out to be unsafe to live in. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The location is convenient and close to the famous Lombard street.
