The best hotel we had stayed in our 1 month trip to Vietnam. The room was super clean and well decorated, and the hot tub was a plus. We were there in Tet new year when everything was close down. I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean and exactly as described. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants, coffee shops, and within walking distance of several places of interest. The staff were courteous throughout my stay. I’d like to especially thank Tú, who was exceptionally polite and helpful, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Lạng Sơn.
