Situated on a hillside with views of the surrounding Alpine panorama, Hotel Gasthof Abelhof is located in Neukirchen am Großvenediger and offers rustic accommodation units with a balcony and wooden... the view from the dining areas, peace and quiet,pristine environment! The surrounding area has so many beautiful spots to explore and the staff was all very pleasant! A lovely Austrian experience!

Located at 1,200 metres above sea level on a south-facing hillside, the Venedigerhof is an 8-minute drive from the centre of Neukirchen am Großvenediger and offers panoramic views of Hohe Tauern... Lovely picturesque location but a few miles from the local town not a problem if you have a car ski bus stops right outside half board is great so don't have to venture out with hearty good quality food breakfast good choice of Austrian fare has a sauna that is bookable and other leisure facilities bedroom a good size for 2 with plenty of wardrobe space will accommodate a family of 4 but would be slightly crowded it snowed and froze and unfortunately we got stuck in a small ditch down the road, the hotel came out with their tractor to pull us out (which we will be forever grateful for) a big group of children were staying in the hotel and you never heard them and also the dining area was separated from the rest of the guests.

The owners are very hospitable and always ready to help, we felt at home.

Very friendly and nice staff, delicious food and beer, great location in the centre of the Alps. There is no problem with pets.

Great location at the edge of the National Park Hohe Tauren near the trail head of several hikes. The owners and staff are fantastic, food is great and the place is clean and comfortable.

Located at 1,000 metres above sea level with panoramic views over the Hohe Tauern Mountains and the village of Matrei in East Tyrol, Hotel Goldried offers direct access to the ski slopes. We liked sauna at apartment and the view at the city down of the mountain. Also pools at the territory were good and excellent breakfast. 👌🏻

Gasthof Sonne in Matrei in Osttirol features 3-star accommodation with a terrace, a restaurant and a bar. There is a children's playground and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private... the size of the room was great given we were staying for 4 nights and were able to unpack a little.
