This was a perfect stay in Darwin. Small, family scale hotel set in the the center of Darwin, very close to pubs, super,Arleta, cultural center. Nice walk to the waterfront. Hotel,seems recently renovated, everything is pleasantly fresh. Swimming pool is very very nice, they even provide swimming macarons. Only a pity there is no shading cover over it. Kitchen facilities are also very good, just what one would need for a quick fix. Car park is perfect. Great location for very good price. And as a bonus- aesthetically the choice of couloir: turquoise you immediately fall into the tropical vibe.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage there for three nights. The pool was super nice as well.

Desert Palms is a 3.5-star property offering individual studio villa accommodation, surrounded by tropical gardens and set around a crystal clear swimming pool with island and waterfall. Great location close, but not too close to town. No noise from the road or other rooms. Great to sit on the verander each morning and afternoon soaking up the pleasant surroundings while having a cuppa, wine or beer. Staff and room attendants always responded to our requests with a smile. Overall two family rooms, side by side, great staff, great location, what more could you ask for, for a better weeks holiday.

Nestled on the water's edge, Crab Claw Island is located on the south-western side of Bynoe Harbour. Guests can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool. The place was lovely, the view exceptional and the staff polite and friendly. I will make it an annual visit for sure.
