Karijini Eco Retreat is an ecologically friendly and environmentally aware retreat, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. Brilliant place. We did have a deluxe room/tent with aircon which we needed as it was hot - but it was absolutely luxurious. The staff could not have been more accomodating/helpful/friendly. As there was a cook shortage we didn't get a cooked breakfast but the staff more than made up for this with a bottomless minibar full of goodies (not just alcohol) and various other treats. Can't recommend it enough. Access pretty good - we had a 4WD as the rental companies seem to insist, but you absolutely don't need it. In fact, I think they plan to seal the road to the resort fairly soon.

Set in Newman, Red Sands Accommodation Newman features a bar. With a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. It was tidy, location was good, free use of washing machine and dryers, the hotel and resturant was good and family friendly, cafe was good to just grab a coffee on the run

Econo Lodge Karratha offers accommodation in Karratha. Free private parking is available on site. Every room at this motel is air conditioned and comes with a flat-screen TV. On the water front . Nice walk along the path out the front

Situated in Dampier, 10 km from Hearsons Cove, Dampier Mermaid Hotel Karratha provides express check-in and check-out and free WiFi. It was a great stay. Lovely rooms with a view. We had a delicious meal as well.

Boasting an outdoor swimming pool and an on-site restaurant, Seasons Hotel Newman is set amongst beautiful landscaped gardens. Newman town centre is less than 1 minutes' walk away. Beds were really comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Upon arrival reception (Aaron) was really nice and helpful. Our family walked out of reception and we all said how great you were.

Discovery Parks - Port Hedland is located on a water-front location in Port Hedland. It offers direct beach access and is close to Port Hedland Golf Course. good location, great staff, nice cabin

Discovery Parks – Karratha offers accommodation on a resort park offering a swimming pool, BBQ facilities and a children's playground. The cabin I was in was spacious. I recommend the 2 bedroom cabin with double beds. It has everything in it ☺️

Hospitality Port Hedland overlooks the Indian Ocean and is located 3 km from the town centre. It offers free Wi-Fi and is just a 2-minute stroll from the beach. The staff was very approachable and respectful. There are washing machines and dryers to use and it is free of charge. We always need to spend around $10 (washing machine+dryer) while we were traveling, so it was good suprise for us. The buffet style breakfast was also good.

Hedland Hotel is 2 km from the town centre and adjacent to an 18-hole golf course. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean. The view over the bay was beautiful and the attached restaurant had very good food as well as a beautiful view.

The Ibis Styles Karratha is ideally located in the heart of the central business district, with only a short walk to banks, shopping centres and business offices. Very comfy, decent price and central location
