The front desk assistant, Paul, was absolutely exceptional. I checked in after 1 a.m., and he was a true source of help and comfort for every guest who was in distress. He remained calm, professional, and genuinely caring despite the late hour. Paul is incredibly hardworking, dedicated, and a true asset to your team. His outstanding service made a difficult moment much easier, and it did not go unnoticed

The owners were very pleasant and great to deal with, they made a last minute change to my reservation to accomodate my two pets. Room awesome, bed super comfortable, and all the amenities you could need. A++.
