The owner David is very helpful he booked all my activities and airport drop off for me and event drop and pick me up from the night cruise. The place is very convenient and I walked to Elephant Hill Park before heading to the airport in the morning. They provided me with late dinner and early breakfast as needed. I really appreciate all he did for me!

Guests can rent bikes for free at the property. Very nice location, beautiful view from the balcony. The walking path was passing just in front of the resort. You can also have bikes and cycle in the countryside very easily. Not far from the bamboo rafts starting point.

It features traditional farmhouses, a beautiful courtyard and an outdoor swimming pool. Free WiFi access is available. The Giggling Tree was just perfect! It is an amazing hotel - friendly and welcoming, lovely room with amazing views, wonderful staff and restaurant. Laura was simply brilliant and made some great food recommendations. Eating in the quaint courtyard restaurant area was perfect, especially the Beer fish from the Lijiang River! Great dumplings too! And the pool was a nice bonus with fantastic views. Nestled in a small village among the untouched and Protected Karst Hills, our unique location is well away from the bustling, noisy West Street yet close to local beauty spots. There are many local restaurants nearby. We couldn’t have had a better stay in Yangshuo! Sammie, Eric and Limin were incredibly friendly and helpful - even walking with us to rent scooters and to the restaurant to help us order the best dishes. The room was great and the common area is lovely with outdoor seating and a pool table. Eric also stocks the best italian coffee and Belgian beers. The location in the countryside is beautiful, and much more relaxing than being in town (which is a quick drive away). We wish we could’ve stayed longer, and will definitely be back one day!
