The English speaking staff is amazing, very nice, polite and very very helpful, which can make you travel around Beijing much easier (train tickets reservations, entrance bookings etc.) The location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and subway stations around. Everything they advertise is true. You can be on WhatsApp as well. The room is not the biggest, but there is everything you need. If you are picky and looking for luxury accommodation, you may find some little imperfections, but if you are a normal traveler, this is 100% YES!!! I rarely rate this high, but this place is unique and definitely deserves it. Many other hotels should take this place as an example, their friendly polite and helpful approach. Congratulations and keep doing this perfect job. My recommendation: don't hesitate a single moment and go for this place!!!

Also, I needed an iron and they helped me out even though I was doing check out.

They also offer tours to the Great Wall (Jinshanling and Mutianyu), which I definitely recommend. I was in this hotel in Beijing for 13 days and it was amazing !!! The host was so kind and helpful ! She gave me plenty of free bottles of water (because tap water is not drinkable in China) and she also helped me a lot with the activities in Beijing because I could ask her to book tickets and everything worked perfectly (by the way the city of Beijing has so much to see and experience) ! She responded very quickly to messages (we communicated with WeChat) and she spoke English ! The location was also amazing, as it is an apartment in a complex that is very calm and well situated (not far from Dongzhimen subway station). I was on the 17th floor, meaning that the view was really cool ! The room was clean, big and comfortable. They came every week to clean it, change the sheets,...There was also for example a washing machine in the apartment, with cleaning liquid that I could use. So the apartment really had everything needed for a great stay ! I really cannot recommend it enough and I would totally come back here !

Grandma's homecooked meals were so delicious and so big...we wished we could have finished the plates, but we were so full! Nobody has to worry about being hungry at the Great Wall. The portions are so big. We had breakfast and dinner and it was the best. This family takes care of you so well. They pick you up, drop you off and just do everything you need. Thank you so much for everything!
