We loved our stay and our hosts were exceptional. Was happy to help us and give us suggestions for supper. Dating back to 1612, this historic, family-run hotel in Oberammergau combines traditional and modern styles, offering rooms with WiFi and flat-screen TV. We booked this location because we couldn’t find anything in Garmisch Partenkirchen and were pleasantly surprised. Such a beautiful old hotel in the cutest village. The staff in the hotel were so friendly and accommodating especially the receptionist upon arrival and one particular waiter who really looked after us. Breakfast was really good and we ate our evening meals at in the hotel restaurant which was very good.

I liked that someone checked us in. The woman also walked us to our apartment which was very nice. The apartment was spacey and there was a living room with books and a radio. The kitchen was big and well equipped. There was also coffee filters as well as coffee. How lovely! The bedroom was clean as well as the toilet. The garden area was very nice and the area was calm and quiet. Parking was available and therefore a big plus!
