The location is perfect, and the room facilities are all good and clean. Communication is smooth and we got early information prior to our stay. We also got a quiet room as requested. Overall, it definitely beat my expectations. The hotel personnel are the best. They are very friendly, helpful and kind. During the stay, my son was sick and we received warm help and greetings from many of them.

A lift services all of the rooms and some have views of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were really friendly and always looking to help you to get around Paris and give recommendations. Looked after our luggage until our room was ready. There is someone on the front desk all the time. Room was impeccably clean and the bed and bedding was really comfortable. Self serve breakfast was lovely and there were staff there always eager to help. Great location, about a 15-20 min walk to the Eiffel tower. Perfect for a short stay in Paris.

The location was great—close to the metro and many restaurants. Room was well-appointed and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was brought to our room and delicious.
