Very convenient location. Great breakfasts. The room is clean and very cozy. And the staff is incredible, the administrator helped us during a real mess when we left our camera on the train when we arrived in the city, thanks to him we got the lost thing back.

And, 5 minutes from the hotel, there's a bus stop that you can use to get to the city as well (bus goes every 30 minutes). I recommend taking the room with a sea view: you'll get the fantastic Batumi bay and the whole city behind. Fabulous Botanical Garden is in 15 minutes walk. Room was comfy and clean. Breakfast is good! And two cats living in this small family owned hotel, don't forget about them. I definitely recommend it for your stay!
