Room was authentic, clean, and well equipped. They brought a nighttime snack which was unexpected and very nice. Breakfast was wonderful. My first time at an onsen but I thought it was great !! My only regret was that my children weren’t with me to enjoy !!

Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast buffet for the price. 5 minutes from the station, and conbini and supermarket nearby. A couple restaurants in the same complex as well as a great crepe shop, a huge farmers market, and space to hang out outside. Only about 20 minutes to Morioka, but the train is every 30 min or so.

The staff were lovely; polite and super helpful. Coffee machine in the foyer, ski room, onsens, and the beautiful Japanese dinner and breakfasts were to be experienced.
