Very spacious room, I booked the 4 bunk beds room and surprised how big the room is. Even on upper beds still large head room. Separated and large toilet and bathroom. I bet you cannot find many properties like this in the big city like in Kyoto.

The staff are tops, Across the road is a 711, and an indian restaurant next door is a bar, and a few steps away is a Kobe beef restaurant. So after a long day out, its easy to chill out. Train station a few minutes away, that goes to Gion and Fushimi Inari

The Hotel was modern and clean. Located right next to the train station. There is a good bakery next to the hotel. Staff on the front desk was nice and helpful. Washing machines available. Big rooms.

Although we had no breakfast booked the Hotel has a kitchenette available for guests with complimentary coffee. Opposit to the bus stop and had access to Amanohashidite and Ine.
