Every single employee of the hotel we interacted with, was very heart warming, attended their needs and went up and beyond to make them feel comfortable and well cared during our stay. The ladies in the kitchen made sure my Parents requests were carried out properly. We were very well treated, food was delicious, excellent handicap room, and every ones customer service was excellent!

They have a small coffee room with a few tables, also kept very clean. The staff here are impeccable. All in all, this is your best bet in Paracho. I have a tour company and will never bring my guests anywhere else. I also appreciate that they have a room for storage, as my groups visit the area for art collection, and it’s nice to store our pieces without having to haul them all upstairs.
