This has to be one of the best views from a villa EVER! We absolutely loved this place, we came the first week of Aug and the sunsets were incredible. The location above the bay is wonderful and the simplicity of the colours was perfect!

Overall it was excellent. Location cannot be faulted, huge house with loads of space, plenty of seating space both inside, outside, and within that loads of shaded areas to sit and relax as well as sun spots too, both at the front and back of house. 3 mins walk to supermarket. Pool is large enough for 8 of us and it’s private (which is a massive plus), shame the shallow end is 1.6 metres + deep, but luckily our kids can swim so wasn’t a major issue. All 4 bedrooms are big with a double bed in each. Main bedroom leads into the outdoor pool which is good as it avoids having to go down to the main lounge every time. Also the downstairs toilet literally leads into the patio garden area so no one needs to soak the house if they need to go to the toilet mid pool session, which is good. Host is very accommodating and uses WhatsApp to communicate, and is responding quickly and helpfully.

Very spacious. Good location with a great view. Excellent facilities provided by the owner eg toaster, kettle, plenty of plates etc which you don’t often get in rentals. When we had a problem, property management were very quick to sort out and helpful.

The owner was most accommodating in allowing us to check in early and the manager, Beatrice, was charming and helpful. Check in and check out was speedy. Three generations enjoyed the experience greatly. I agree you do need a car but most people renting a villa would appreciate this anyway. We shall certainly return in the future as we already love the area.

Stunning property, stunning views. The owner had kindly arranged for a few groceries to be placed in the fridge. They had thought of lots of little touches in the bathrooms. The whole feel was one of luxury. We were greeted and shown around by the hostess as soon as we arrived.

Because let's face it, the location is superb. Not too far from the airport, at the beach, and near the mountains for its great hikes and picturesque villages. Pablo, the host, was a delight and made our stay all the better. Do not expect overt luxury, but do expect the authentic way of living (and sleeping) as a Mallorcan. 5 stars.Marc YannickYoung couple
