It was one of the best places we have ever stayed. Maria surprised us with a glass of wine, cookies and fruit juice at arrival. She was always very helpful and responded to our questions in a very short time (we used Viber for communication). The villa was very clean and comfortable, with a breathtaking view to the pool and the lake in the distance. It was close to the airport but noise was not an issue at all. There were air conditioners in each rooms, Maria cleaned the rooms once in our stay (we stayed for 5 days), she even organized my kids' stuffed animals in a cute way on their beds, making them smile.

This place had a lot of positive attributes (clean, nice furnishings, great shower, lots of extra touches like an outdoor grill) , but a few negative items led me to the rating above. First the kitchen is tiny and not very well equipped. No coffer maker. Fridge is small. Couldn't get the dryer to work. But what was most irritating was having to wait in the street for the host to meet us. I communicated via email that we had poor to no cell coverage in some places and needed to have someone meet us during the agreed upon appointment window. Yet, she continued to try to communicate by text and wanted us to call on arrival. If it hadn't been for a lady walking up the street who called the host for us, we might still be waiting outside the house. A lot of the hassle could have been solved if, the day before, she had just given us the code for the key box out side the entry door, so we could get in.

    The location in the old town is super nice just a few minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops. Beutiful house with good facilities and everything u need. Ioanina is perfect, and harmony villa is a great place to experience it.

    The place is just perfect. Fantastic location, a house with everything you need on vacation with the family, close to everywhere (we didn't move the car within the city), excellent location for sightseeing for those who don't want to move apartments in the villages every day. The host Peggy is simply amazing and considerate, she was interested in our well-being during our stay, fulfilled every request with joy (we received a Shabbat key instead of a smart card), in short we would love to stay there again.
