The house was in an ideal spot near the sea and the Mati area. Also in 6-7' drive time there are a lot of supermarkets at Rafina in case you need any supplies. We had the whole property to ourselves both floors. The house was spacious with a living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on the upper floor and bathroom with a bedroom on the ground floor. The whole house is a new construction and everything was spot on new and generally clean. Located in a quiet area, with lots of sunshine and a beautiful garden to relax with a fully equipped bbq to grill. The property had everything we needed from towels, light blankets, fully equipped kitchen and all bbq necessary tools. The owner Pyrros was contacting us through booking and he was friendly and was there to help in case we needed anything. We will definitely book this place again.

The apartment was very clean, we had 2 bedrooms for 4 persons, so no coach sleeping. AC was available in each room and the Internet over WiFi worked fine. The Kitchen was well equipped, clean and new. Located 25 min. from the airport.

Amazing accommodations in a beautiful villa by the sea. Home much larger than pictured - very spacious and meticulously clean in a quiet and safe residential area. House equipped with everything you would need - even starter coffees, juices and snacks in the fridge. Outdoor spaces beautiful - particularly the back patio with huge built in table and bbq area. Would very happily stay here again. Wonderful and responsive host.

Everything. This Villa is absolutely stunning. Its a great location and the owner is amazing. Our flight was delayed and yet they still welcomed us warmly well after midnight and helped us organise taxis after our rental company left us stranded(Centauro - dont use them)Mr Yiannis and his wife and Coco the dog are just brilliant! The villa benefits from a private pool and a local friendly cat that we christened Billy - who will come and keep guests company. You do need a car - its a little out of the way - but thats what we wanted and the Port is only 20 min walk and Central Athens only a 45 min drive.
