We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Santorini. Away from the crowds of the main town and located right in front of the famous black beach, it was perfect for morning swims and beach strolls. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main beach boulevard, with restaurants and shops just steps away, making everything super convenient without ever feeling crowded. The best part of it all was the incredible sea view—absolutely mesmerising, especially from the outdoor bed on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of lounging there with a coffee and hearing the gently crashing waves in background. Pure magic. The accommodation was flawless—squeaky clean, super spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable—as a light sleeper, I usually struggle, but I slept like a baby here. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with lovely personal touches: a generous welcome basket full of goodies (my son was over the moon!), a Nespresso machine, plenty of water bottles, and even cereals and milk to get us through our first breakfast. It made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Mr. George, our host, who was an absolute delight—friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. He gave us excellent food recommendations (delicious and great value!) and helped us make the most of our short stay with tips that were spot on. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging Santorini stay with warm Greek hospitality.

WOW, just WOW! why this property doesn’t have 10/10 from everyone is surprising. It’s truly a gem and just amazing in so many ways. The views of the sea and sunsets are stunning from this property! Then there are the 3 pools, the extremely clean and comfortable beds (steam shower even?!), breakfast brought in daily during our stay. Milk, Water and Juice stocked every day…. The location is also perfect. It’s truly steps from the heart of Fira restaurants and shops. My husband has traveled all over the globe and he said this is the best property he has ever stayed in (his bar is HIGH). The host was amazing and so responsive and helpful. Everything was just so perfect at this property, just an absolute dream place for our time in Santorini. Book this property, it’s a must!! The pictures are spot on. absolutely perfect!!

Everything :) the view was incredible. The hosts were extremely friendly, helpful and always available. The room was cleaned daily and breakfast delivered each morning. It feels extremely secluded/private but only a few minutes walk from Fira. Truly a great place!
