It was like in 5⭐️ hotel! With everyday cleaning. And a free bottle of water was waiting for us every day. It was a perfect stay, we really enjoyed! A a terrace where we spent sunsets with Greek salads, was amazing! Thank you sweet Kamila for everything! Kamila even organized a taxi to the airport for us and woke up early in the morning to say good bye! And it was a really big surprise that Kamila knows russian perfectly. It made our stay even easier and more comfortable. p.s. It is really 3-5 min to the bus station and the beach, and the bakery. I can highly recommend this cozy Greek place for staying in Perissa!

We had an amazing stay at this gem of a place in Santorini. Away from the crowds of the main town and located right in front of the famous black beach, it was perfect for morning swims and beach strolls. The location couldn’t be better—right on the main beach boulevard, with restaurants and shops just steps away, making everything super convenient without ever feeling crowded. The best part of it all was the incredible sea view—absolutely mesmerising, especially from the outdoor bed on the balcony. We couldn’t get enough of lounging there with a coffee and hearing the gently crashing waves in background. Pure magic. The accommodation was flawless—squeaky clean, super spacious, with a nice bathroom and shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable—as a light sleeper, I usually struggle, but I slept like a baby here. Everything was thoughtfully arranged with lovely personal touches: a generous welcome basket full of goodies (my son was over the moon!), a Nespresso machine, plenty of water bottles, and even cereals and milk to get us through our first breakfast. It made us feel instantly at home. A special shoutout to Mr. George, our host, who was an absolute delight—friendly, helpful, and full of local knowledge. He gave us excellent food recommendations (delicious and great value!) and helped us make the most of our short stay with tips that were spot on. We left relaxed, recharged, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a recharging Santorini stay with warm Greek hospitality.

The owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave personalized recommendations for the island based on our interests and amount of time there. He even arranged for our transportation to the villa, a rental car, and a cruise. Convenient location to food and the beach.

The host knew that it’s our honeymoon so she brought us a champagne 🍾 so nice of her. The place is like a paradise! And just close to a 5star hotel. You can have free sunrise from the beach near by for only 3 mins walk.

The property was amazing! The room was beautiful decorated and seems that they looked for every tiny detail to make you feel at home. Hosts were helpful and helped us on our requests to make our trip as comfortable as possible. We enjoyed the view and breakfast at the terrace was really nice!

It is very clean, staffs are very kind, they clean everyday, the owner is very helpful in everything. The location is excellent, nearby everything, restaurants, beach, shopping etc. Very warm people also the nearby restaurant DIMITRIS. In general excellent place for vacation with family.
