We were 9 people, all family (6 adult and 3 children) for 8 days vacation on Easter holiday. We were met by the owners, Giovanna and Joshua, and received comprehensive explanation about the villa. The villa is spacious and can accommodate easily 8-10 guesses. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table large enough for ten eaters. There are 3 bathrooms, one in each stage, more than enough. The villa is in walking distance from Manerba center and its food shops and a weekly market day (Friday). Better come outside festivity week because of the heavy traffic around the lake. All in all, wonderful place, exactly as described on Booking. We shall be back..

Carla and her mother Elena are both very nice hosts. Villa Elena is a beautiful villa with big garden. All you need is available! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped, all you need is there to prepare a meal. Carla left coffee, sugar, tea, pasta, wine, etc etc.... We have never seen such amount of provisions. We very much liked our stay at this wanderful place with the fantastic view over the Garda lake. We thank you, Carla, and also your parents to make our stay so joyful! Warm regards!     Our accomodation was clean and quiet. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. It had private parking space and private walled terrace area. It was close to many attractions but the village wasn't too busy.

    The territory was amazing, beautiful, large, with pool and jacuzzi, very green. Easy to reach by car, close to lake and in general very nice location on the lake Garda to go visit nearby towns and villages. In close proximity a lot of shops including supermarket, restaurants and cafes. The stuff is very nice. The apartment complex is very authentic. Price/quality very good. Cool playground for kids and picnic area.

    The villas were clean and there was plenty of space for our group of 6. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare a meal. We didn’t have time to use the bbq, but we would have had we stayed longer.

    Staff was helpful when needed, our toilet overflowed one night and they did everything they can In order to solve the issue and even upgraded us for a private villa for the night until the issue was resolved. Great place and would return on my next vacation

    We had a great time staying in X's lovely villa and would book the place again if coming back to the area. The villa was spacious and clean and there were great views from the terrace where we enjoyed breakfast everyday.The villa is conveniently located a short walk from a nice bakery, local supermarket and pisenze beach. Its also a great base for visiting the other towns around the lake. Thanks for a great stay!

    Stunning location with lake view. We came to Villa Athena Charme for a bachelorette party and we couldn’t have chosen a better location! Andrea and Giovanni are wonderful hosts, always available to accomodate our requests and exceed our expectations. The amenities were great and the rooms were wonderful, spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. I suggest this location to everyone! I will definitely come back again!
